Design fees
Guide design fees for residential interior design and product (furniture and built-in) design. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Interior design fees, per m²
Charged per square metre (m²).
Includes 3–5 on-site visits, including but not limited to initial consultation, site measurement and installation guidance.
Normally delivered by video meeting. If on-site service is needed, all related travel costs are borne separately by the client, including but not limited to transport, meals, accommodation and visa fees.
Furniture & built-in design fees, per set
One set is the whole of that item for a single residence (priced per whole-home set). Starting fees; an extra charge applies when the stated length or area is exceeded.

Terms & deposits
All fees are guide prices in USD. Your quotation is confirmed in writing after the brief.
- Interior design deposit: non-refundable, and cannot be deducted from the payment for goods (product purchases).
- Product design deposit: non-refundable, but can be deducted from the payment for goods.
- Initial quotations: product design fees are initial quotations and may be adjusted according to the client’s requirements, the design complexity and the product quality level.

Design fees: frequently asked questions
Is the design deposit refundable?
No. Both deposits are non-refundable. The interior design deposit cannot be deducted from the payment for goods; the product design deposit can be deducted from the payment for goods.
What is included in the interior design fee?
Overall layout, plumbing and electrical drawings, ceiling design drawings, a furniture layout plan, soft-furnishing (styling) scheme drawings and full-colour renderings of the whole project. For Mainland China projects (50 USD per m²) the fee also includes 3–5 on-site visits.
Do you charge for travel on overseas, Hong Kong or Macau projects?
Overseas projects, including Hong Kong and Macau (25 USD per m²), are normally delivered by video meeting. If on-site service is needed, all related travel costs, including but not limited to transport, meals, accommodation and visa fees, are borne separately by the client.
How are product (furniture) design fees calculated?
Per set, where one set is the whole of that item for a single residence. Each item has a starting fee in USD, with an extra charge when the stated length or area is exceeded; the extra amount is quoted separately according to the specific project. Fees are initial quotations and may be adjusted according to requirements, design complexity and product quality level.
