01 · Brief
We start by listening.
- How the space will be used, by whom, and what is not working today.
- Site visit or review of drawings and photographs.
- Budget range, timeline and priorities.
- Agreement on scope: interior design, custom furniture, or full scope.
02 · Concept
A clear spatial idea.
- Space planning and layout options.
- Mood, colour and material palette.
- Early visualisation of key spaces.
- Direction for bespoke furniture.
03 · Development
Every detail resolved.
- Detailed layouts, elevations and joinery drawings.
- Lighting design and specifications.
- Bespoke furniture drawings with dimensions, materials and finishes.
- Finishes and furniture schedules.
04 · Delivery
From drawing to finished room.
- Furniture production with our manufacturing partner Foshan Xuzhihui.
- Coordination of delivery and installation.
- Final styling.
- Handover.
